The Department of Education released its proposed rule to implement federal graduate loan caps that were included in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA or H.R.1). Comments are due March 2 and can be submitted here. Comment letters should be submitted as pdf files and uploaded. In the comment box, feel free to send a personal message about your experience and how much your advanced degrees have cost. Remind the Reimagining and Improving Student Education (RISE) committee that in NH, APRNs have full practice authority.

This comment letter is open to all state and national organizations—including NCC member organizations—that wish to advocate for including nursing as a professional degree.
