Be part of uncovering 120 years of nursing leadership, advocacy, and community in New Hampshire.
About the Initiative:
As we prepare to celebrate the New Hampshire Nurses Association’s 120th anniversary, we’re forming a Historical Research Team to help uncover and document the evolution of NHNA’s membership and impact.
Your work will help tell the story of how nurses across New Hampshire have united over the decades to advance the profession and strengthen our shared voice. The findings will be presented in a white paper at NHNA’s Annual Meeting in Fall 2026.
We’re looking for passionate, detail-oriented volunteers to help us gather stories, review records, and highlight the remarkable journey of nurses who shaped NHNA and nursing in New Hampshire.
Learning Objectives:
By joining the advisory group, you will:
-
Contribute to preserving and promoting the legacy of New Hampshire nurses.
-
Gain skills in historical research, documentation, and storytelling.
-
Collaborate with fellow nurses and NHNA members on a meaningful statewide project.
-
Help produce a publication that will be shared during the 120th Anniversary celebration.
Call to Action:
If you’re interested in joining the Historical Research Team, please email nhna.ned@gmail.com by November 12, 2025, to RSVP or learn more.
Together, we’ll honor the past and help inspire NHNA’s next 120 years.
