Updates on the budget as of 5/23/25

• The Child Advocate position has been restored, but with some reductions.
• The Commission on Aging is on hold.
• The Prescription Drug Affordability Board has been repealed.
• SB 244, the workforce bill is on hold.
• SB 246, the Momnibus bill was added to the budget.

Advocacy for this week:

• The Executive Council may have authority to approve the state vaccine program. If Joe Kenney, District 1 is your representative, please urge him to approve the state vaccine program.  
• Continue to reach out to your representatives on the Senate Finance Committe to advocate for protection of vulnerable populations in the NH budget.  The New Hampshire State Senate
