Volunteer Spotlight! Polly Campion, Member of Commission on Government Affairs!

Posted about 1 year ago by Carlene Ferrier

Polly shares her NHNA volunteer story!

1.How long served?

I’ve had the honor of serving on CGA for four years, following four years of serving as a legislative liaison with CGA while I was a NH State Representative

2. Why CGA?

I’ve long been fascinated with how policies are developed.  CGA provides a fantastic forum for learning about and acting upon policy formation in the NH legislature and amplify the voices of nurses.

 3. How it benefits me?

Being a member of CGA keeps me informed about policy issues effecting NH nurses and residents.  The members are a fascinating group of dedicated and hard-working individuals that come from a range of nursing experiences and settings. And they’re a fun group, as well!
