ANA Enterprise Applauds the Release of The Future of Nursing 2020-2030: Charting a Path to Achieve Health Equity Report

The ANA Enterprise applauds the release of The National Academy of Medicine's (NAM) The Future of Nursing 2020-2030: Charting a Path to Achieve Health Equity (2021) report on May 11. The vision and recommendations in this report offered by an expert committee strive for health equity in the U.S. by strengthening the capacity and expertise of nursing. The recommendations focus on current and future challenges impacting the nursing workforce, its leadership, and education in order to reduce health disparities and address social determinants of health to advance health equity.
