We can't wait to  see you in person!

But in the meantime, we’ll be right here online!

NHNA Quality Continuing Education

Tailored just for New Hampshire nurses, the annual Spotlight on Nursing will take on a virtual format this year. Sponsored by our Commission on Nursing Practice, this event has traditionally included a buffet. We'll miss being able to do that, but why not attend from the comfort of your own home, with your dinner and beverage of choice! We'll even have a door prize! The 11th person to submit their evaluation will receive a special 2020 Year of the Nurse prize! REGISTER HERE

Rivier University

Offering Scholarships for Nurses

Rivier University in Nashua is offering new full-tuition scholarships for licensed practical nurses employed at nursing homes.  The scholarships will allow recipients to earn associate of science in nursing degrees, which is a prerequisite for becoming a registered nurse. The program, called Project Advance, is funded from a $600,000 gift from an anonymous donor.
Classes are held on nights and weekends so students can work full-time. Applications are due June 22.

Call on Congress to Provide Mental Health Support

Nurses and essential health care workers are exhausted from months of serving on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic, even as resources continue to remain scarce. But as nurses continue to put themselves and their families in further harm, Congress has yet to provide them with the mental health support they need. Join the nearly 7,000 advocates who have already contacted their members of Congress on this important issue.
