Call for Nominations for NHNA Board Positions

As a member of the New Hampshire Nurses Association (NHNA), you have an opportunity to determine the leadership of the organization. 
NHNA relies on the volunteer contributions of its members to serve on its Board of Directors and Commissions. The Board of Directors contributes to the development and implementation of the NHNA Strategic Plan and Annual Business Plans, recruits new members, represents NHNA locally and nationally and supports the work of the organizations various Commissions. Commission members serve to further the goals of the various commissions.
Members can nominate themselves or another member to one of the open positions on the Board or Commission. The term of service for these three board positions run from January 2020 to January 2022.
  • Treasurer
  • Directors at Large
  • Director at Large, Recent Graduate (in practice 5 years or less)

NHNA Commission Openings:
  • Commission on Government Affairs, 2-3 openings
  • Commission on Nursing Practice, 2-3 openings
  • Commission on Continuing Education, 2-3 openings
  • Finance Audit and Investments Task Force, 2 openings

Alternate Representative for ANA Membership Assembly.  In the event that the President, President-Elect and/or Immediate Past President is unable to attend ANA's Membership Assembly in June each year, the Alternate Representative will attend and represent the interests of ANA.
