Together, We’re Building a Brighter Future for New Hampshire Nurses
Respect, Collaboration and Professionalism are just three of the core values that drive NHNA. On November 20th at 5:00 pm, all members of NHNA are invited to attend the Membership Business Meeting. As part of your professional association your opinion is respected, and we want to collaborate with all of you to amend our bylaws. Click Here to access the proposed by-laws changes posted on the NHNA website for your review and consideration. If you wish, you may comment on any of these proposed bylaws changes by commenting on this announcement. Please be sure to start your post with the Article and Section Number.
The New Hampshire Nurses' Association is a not-for-profit membership association and the ONLY state organization that advocates for all nurses regardless of specialty or practice setting. Since its founding in 1906 by six forward-thinking nurses, NHNA has represented the nursing profession in N.H. through legislation, political action and professional development. We are a Constituent State Nurses Association (C/SNA) of the American Nurses' Association (ANA).
Article I, section 3 reads, “professionals, community and governmental groups. Engage with New Hampshire nurses, identifying concerns and coordination cogent and effective responses”
I suggest amending the word “coordination” to “coordinates”

Great suggestion, it clarifies the language. I will make sure the Board is aware of the suggested change.
