Saint Anselm College and the New Hampshire Nurses Association are jointing providing the Innovation and Quality Improvement Conference on May 2, 2019.  Give yourself a treat to celebrate Nurses eek and join us for this fun and informative conference.  We are thrilled to welcome Bonnie Clipper, American Nurses Association's Director of Innovation & Practice as our keynote speaker.  She will share the latest in nursing innovation.  Other speakers include Kate Collopy, Director of Nursing Education, Research & innovation at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and Faina Bukher from the University of New Hampshire's Center for Social Innovation & Enterprise.

The planning team for this event has also reviewed and selected 6 quality improvement abstracts for presentation during this program.  The topics selected are:

  • Reducing Assaults toward Nurses
  • Ditch the Diff: A Bundled Approach to Reducing Hospital-Onset Clostridium difficile Infections
  • Multimodal Teaching Methods and the Effect of Wound Knowledge and Documentation Practices
  • Integrated Case Management Program
  • Implementing a Three-Tier Stroke Activation Process at a Primary Stroke Center
  • Emergency Department Annex Improves Mental Health Care and Nurse Safety

Additional topics have also been selected for poster presentations.
