NHNA Elections are Now Open
Posted almost 7 years ago by Pamela DiNapoli
The New Hampshire Nurses Association’s (NHNA) 2018 Elections are now open. The ballots were emailed to all members on October 17, 2018. If you are a current member and did not receive this election notice please contact us at 877-810-5972 extension 701. We will be mailing paper ballots this week to any members who do not have current email addresses on file.
The election ballot contains names of candidates for the NHNA Board of Directors, as well as names of individuals seeking positions on the various Commissions. There are write in opportunities for all open positions.
The election ballot also has seven questions related to proposed changes in the NHNA Bylaws, in particular the Board of Directors’ propose to initiate a pilot program to open membership to Licensed Practical Nurses. If you find any of these proposed Bylaw changes confusing and wish to examine the language of the change within the context of the existing Bylaws, please Click Here to view a “track changes” copy of the Bylaws.
We strongly encourage all our members to vote and let their voices be heard.
